CO lawmakers near agreement on anti-bullying bill

DENVER (AP) — Colorado lawmakers have struck a tentative agreement on an anti-bullying measure that could prompt more school uniforms across the state. The bullying measure mostly just enables the state to accept donations to start working on statewide anti-bullying efforts. But the bill does require that school dress codes promote "uniformity of dress:"

PONTIAC — An eight-year-old may go blind in one eye and the teen accused of shooting him point blank with a pellet gun is being held at Oakland County Children's Village on a felony. The teen was with five other juveniles and they were bullying some kids in the neighborhood, Troy said.

ROSWELL, N.M. (AP) - Roswell Police have arrested and charged a 14-year-old high school freshman in an alleged "sexting" case. The Goddard High School student is accused of posting nude photos of a classmate he was dating on Facebook after she refused to have sex with him.
