Tougher sexting bill advances in Florida House
A Florida House committee whose members had been reluctant to vote on a sexting bill moved the measure forward Thursday after toughening penalties for minors caught sending sexually explicit photos or videos, primarily using their cell phones.
Boy, 13, is found hanged at Merseyside home (UK)
The body of Brendon Flynn, a Royal Marine cadet from Huyton, was discovered by his family on Monday. A spokeswoman for Merseyside Police confirmed officers were not treating the death as suspicious and had passed the case to the coroner. There have been allegations on Facebook that Brendon had been bullied.

A concerned father has developed the world's first bullying alert system for Facebook which scans text and flags up abusive behavior. NHS consultant Paddy Clarke's software scans walls and inboxes for trigger words and phrases such as 'gay' and 'fat' and alerts parents when they appear.
Minivan Torched; Bullying Suspected
A minivan was set on fire outside a Kingwood home, and the family said the crime is part of bullying against their teenage son.The fire spread to the side of the house, but the structure only received minor damage. The van was destroyed. Colton Meszaros said he has been bullied at school and believes the bullies are responsible.
