MEMPHIS, TN - Memphis police say a man has been arrested for using his cellphone to send lewd pictures to a minor. According to an affidavit, 18-year-old James Johnson sent text-message pictures of his penis to a 15-year-old girl on April 19, 2011. Additionally, Johnson asked the girl to send him text-message pictures of her genitals.
